Hi, my name is Amy, and I'm a physical therapist here at the PWR!Gym. Today I want to talk to you about why we do the PWR! Step on our bellies. So here's the PWR! Step. I step my arm all the way off. And I'm going to step my arm back on this mat here. I'm going to step my arm over on this side, step back in. So now my elbows are underneath my shoulders. So a reason why I might do this is say, if I'm maybe playing with children on the ground, and the toy that they're playing with, is over here and I need to reach over and grab it. I can use my PWR! Step to do so. So I'm going to show you that. So I'm going to PWR! Step I'm going to grab this toy, bring it back so that we can play here on the ground. So give that a try.
