We have had some users experience problems with IPads and others are able to use it depending on their setups.
Our pre-recorded and live classes are streaming videos, which means you'll need a fast enough internet connection to watch them. If you can watch videos on services like Netflix and Hulu without trouble, your internet should be fast enough to watch our videos too.
We are unable to tech support and troubleshoot the many options for "casting" to a TV for your personal use. However, here are a few items that may help you to achieve seeing your classes on a larger screen.
Using a Chromecast Device with your TV.
- Chromecast by Google allows you to cast from Apple Devices, Android Devices or a Desktop using the Chrome web browser to a TV that has Chromecast Device.

At the top of every page, you'll be able to click on the "Member Area Login" link that's on the right side of the blue bar.
From there, enter your credentials and click the blue Login button.

As a Member, you have the right to view the videos for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on any device that will allow you to do so.
You do not have the right to:
- Download any videos
- Capture them in any other way
- Broadcast, stream, share, or reproduce them in any way
Like with the videos, Members have the right to use pictures, handouts, and other content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may download certain images, handouts, and other content (and we want you to!). However, website content may not be copied, shared, sold, or otherwise used this outside of your own personal, non-commercial use.
Membership payment is automatically billed to your credit card for the term of membership you signed up for Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly. You, as the user, are responsible for cancel the subscription to stop the payment.
Due to the number of members we manage and the type of service being offered, we do not offer a refund to auto billed payments that were not turned off before auto-renewal.
Coupons may not be applied after your payment processes. Please make sure to enter them on the cart page at the top at checkout before processing your order.

You may cancel your PWR! Virtual Experience subscription at any time using your My Account page. Once your cancellation request is submitted, it may take up to 10 business days to take effect.
To cancel your membership:
- Go to 🡪 My Account page
- Click the My Subscription tab
- From the Actions menu, click Cancel.
Yes! You can buy both products: Subscriptions and Packages. They are meant to be complimentary. Our Subscriptions give you the opportunity to pick and choose your favorite videos, attend live classes via zoom, and explore tons of information about how to live with Parkinson disease. The Packages give you an abbreviated version to improve one specific symptom of Parkinson disease. We recommend you use both!
Yes, you can buy more than one Package. Your Package will expire 3 months from the date of purchase. So, if you do order more than one Package, be aware that they may expire at different times.
-The Packages are a 4-week exercise program which helps you to improve one specific symptom of Parkinson disease. Each Package will come with between 10-12 videos, and a calendar for use.
-The Guided Plans are more in-depth. This is an 8-week exercise program that explores multiple symptoms, with a goal to improve major problems people with Parkinson disease experience (i.e. freezing of gait, imbalance, tremor, etc.). Guided Plans come with 15-25 videos per plan, a calendar for use, extra tips and tricks, measurement goals, and research behind those symptoms.
-The Guided Plans are only accessible for people who have purchased a Subscription.

Our local members of the PWR!Gym do receive a Subscription to the PWR! Virtual Experience. However, Packages must be purchased separately. To get it set up, contact the front desk staff to assist.
