The PWR! Virtual Experience Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) is made between NeuroFit Networks Inc dba Parkinson Wellness Recovery | PWR! (“NFN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the user of Services, our customer (“you” or “your”). This Agreement governs your use of NFN-owned websites, video content, and materials (collectively, the “Services”, which can be accessed via our website at https://www.exerciseforbrainchange.org/.

NFN is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Information We Collect
NFN collects the following information through online forms: name, address, email address and phone number. NFN may also collect information about whether you or a family member have Parkinson disease (PD) and if you are a healthcare or fitness professional who works with people with PD. This personally identifiable information is used for tailoring a response and customizing programs. You will also be included on our mailing list should you choose to join.
When you make a purchase or donation online, your credit card information will be collected through our secure financial transaction pages and a transaction receipt or tax acknowledgement receipt will be sent. When an anonymous donation is made, an acknowledgement will still be sent for tax purposes, but no other follow up contact will be made. When you send a donation in honor of someone else and request that an acknowledgement be sent to the honoree, we will use the honoree’s information for acknowledgement purposes only.
We may collect both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information” about you. “Non-Personal Information” includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and a number of clicks. “Personal Information” includes information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, address, and email address.
