PWR! Rock on your back - Reaching

Does turning off your alarm pose an issue for you? Join Sarah as she demonstrates how to use the PWR! Rock to get a few more minutes of much needed sleep.

Hello, I'm Sarah, physical therapist assistant at the PWR!Gym and today I'm going to demonstrate the PWR! Rock to you. So lying on your back with your knees slightly bent, arms down by your side. Gonna reach over, tap the corner of that bed, come back to your back pushing off with this leg going off to the other side. And why would you need to do this to ask? Well, I use it to shut my alarm clock off in the morning so I can just get 10 more minutes of sleep. So I'm going to push with this leg rock and reach over to my phone. Turn that alarm clock off and go back to sleep.
