Wellness Series: Voice Aerobics

Mary Spremulli, owner of Voice Aerobics, will review some of the speech and swallowing symptoms associated with Parkinson’s disease and discuss some of the available therapy interventions. Participants will also be invited to join in exercises to improve speech and swallow function!

Bio: Mary Spremulli, MA,CCC-SLP has been a healthcare provider for over 30 years, and currently holds a nursing license in Florida and speech-language pathology license in Florida, Ohio, and North Carolina. She is owner of Voice Aerobics, a speech-language pathology private practice located in Punta Gorda, Florida, and she is also the creator of Voice Aerobics®, A Whole Body Voice Strengthening Program along with a family of products blending the art and science of voice therapy into fun home-based practice. Her blog has been selected as one of the top 49 blogs about Parkinson’s disease, and she currently serves on the Education Committee of the World Parkinson’s Program, and the Medical Advisory Board of the NeuroChallenge Foundation, Sarasota, Florida.
